"Perfect spot that is close to all cities and very quiet and clean"

"Very happy with my stay . The cottage was a perfect size , very clean ,and up to date . Most importantly centrally located. Walking distance to many markets and great restaurants. The beach is 10 minutes by car. It’s a great beach and pet friendly. Also wanted to mention the grounds were beautiful and fenced in , safe for pets ! The host was great and professional. I would definitely book again!"

"Unique area, walking distance 5 minutes to Roma Bakery Breakfast shop opens at 6am, famous Sedano supermarket, & Versalles, reputable pet friendly restaurants. Very very clean & up to date. Private parking. We WILL BE RETURNING."

"This was my first Vrbo rental and overall this was a very pleasant stay. It's a great location for Little Havana which is a 5 minute walk, yet you're far enough away so noise isn't an issue. And you're close to all the main roads so getting around is easy (except for the Miami traffic). Having two bathrooms was nice and we spent several nights sitting outside in the walled in patio. The only glitch in the stay was we lost hot water Thursday night and didn't get it back before we left Saturday...

"Great location. House is getting old needs some tlc. Fridge is very noisy. We enjoyed our stay however we were gone doing things every day."

"The property was as described. It was very cute and we loved the patio area outside. We had a bit of a plumbing problem with the bathroom. Manuel was on it and had a plumber out to fix the issue. It was a very much needed getaway for my husband and I."

"This is a cottage behind the main house in one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Miami. The houses on this block are amazing and this place is no exception. It is close to many attractions, nightlife, beaches and parks. You are 2 min from publix supermarket, and minutes from the beaches. The hose is wonderful and she is on-call days and night and is extremely helpful. If you are looking to visit Miami, I highly recommend Julia and her lovely cottage."

"Pleasantly surprised upon arriving. Beautiful home in front lovely private area behind the house. We stayed in a guest house apartment behind main house. Very nice, clean comfortable bed. Small kitchenette with coffee and dishes. Unfortunately the tv didnt work and no response about it from owner. Not a deal killer. Will definitely stay here again. Also free parking on the street."

"Convenient for us because cottage is in the same neighborhood as family. Ingrid was wonderful and her grandchilren were a delight. This is in a neighborhood and is not a touristy area. Not ideal for disability access but it was perfect for our purpose."

"We stayed in the blue cottage for quite awhile and we have never experienced a rental experience where we felt so welcome, both by the neighborhood and our hosts. The cottage is a perfect size with a real living room, kitchen, and bedroom. We will be back!"
