“There was a cleaning fee, which I was not aware of. I only stayed one night. The fee was half of what I paid for the room. ”

“Hotel and room were nice…. Lady at check in was very rude, we needed more towels and were told a different company does laundry and gave us a number to call. 3 days later we got clean towels. Valet parking only and they are very rude as well. I can say it was very affordable, great view of the ocean and right on the main strip close to everything ”

“Nice hotel. Breakfast starts and ends early so make sure if you want to grab a bite, head down before 10. Clean, convenient, parking is a nightmare but that’s status quo for Miami. Would visit again.”

“I visited once two years ago and felt that I could choose this place again this time. But this experience was really bad! The white towels have turned yellow, the bathroom has been dripping, the refrigerator has not been cleaned, and there are other traces on the bed! All in all, very bad, will not come again!”
