“One of two houses for an annual friends’ getogether. All amenities and features were as advertised. The bedrooms and en suites were clean and comfortable. The living area was attractive and welcoming. This was definitely a great choice for us.”

“My adult son and I try to take a a small-scale road trip together every Spring. This past week, we built so many new memories, in great part due to this wonderful property. It’s super-clean, with character and an historical ambience. We found so much to do in the Galena area, including nearby towns and the Galena River Trail. Coming “home” each evening to this cozy place was a comforting feeling after each very active day. My son, who has a developmental disability due to childhood stroke,……

“We loved the condo for our Family's Bachelorette Weekend! Bedroom perfect for 7 girls and 3 full bathrooms. Big dining room table for us to play games at night. Good price for what we got. Had everything we needed. Perfect Location - one block from Main Street where tons of restaurants and shopping. We loved our stay. Highly recommended and we will come back and stay again!!!”

“We had a perfect weekend for three friends from grade school to reconnect. The weather was perfect and the house was perfect. There were three bedrooms on three different floors, a deck to view nature, and a large kitchen table to eat, play games and laugh. The host was wonderful and sent suggestions ahead of time. Their home was well stocked and very comfortable. We had a picnic at Galena vineyards, shopped main street, ate at Galena brewery and did the Goat trek! We would love to come back……

“Overall it was fabulous! Only drawback was we had a issue with a toilet and notified the owner who responded promptly, yet the maintenance was not able to enter the property because we were out enjoying ourselves, not leaving our key in the lockbox. A suggestion would be that the maintenance/owner have access to another key besides what is given to their guests…..and if so would have rated all 5 stars.”

“Beds were great, we all slept great. Very quite location, small ant problem and lower level tub could use a better cleaning. It may have not been rented for a while, there was dead bugs in tub and on floors. A review awhile back said that the coffee maker took forever to brew, I would agree that it needs a new one. But overall great stay.”

“Saw this place on hotel.com and thought I’d give it a whirl. It sits in a beautiful small town called Belleview.IA with lots of parks and access to the river and tons of shops and diners just a short walk away. Although the staff is off site they are super friendly, honest and pretty knowledgeable about the area which is great for first time visitors. The property was super clean and offers an amazing view of the Mississippi River and the lock and damn. My only bummer was the property is not in……

“Alles war prima. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Seit etwa 1,5 Monaten übernachten wir hier in den USA in Hotels und zum 1. mal gab es zum Frühstück richtiges Geschirr und Besteck, prima. Wenn die Toilettenartikel auch noch in nachfüllbaren Behältern wären, würde die Umwelt noch mehr profitieren.”
