“The house is comfortable with great views of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. The only was the beds are a bit hard for our liking and the parking garage is a very tight fit if you are a mid-size or larger vehicle. You may have to park on the street, which is not a big deal. “We had a wonderful stay...the views really are fantastic, the neighborhood is quiet, parking right in front of the cottage or right across the street was never an issue, and the entire property is quite comfortable. There is a perfect small sitting area in the back bedroom for reading or getting work done. The gas fireplace was a very nice touch our first night, when the weather was rainy; we were blessed with lovely weather the rest of our stay and spent a lot of time out on the back deck. The……

“We were there for a tour of USF, which is a 5 minute walk to campus. The space was great for three of us, though we didn’t spend much time there. The location was great for both the university and the rest of the city. If my daughter picks the school, we’ll be back”

“This is a small apartment with everything anyone could want in a charming package. It is set in a lovely garden that the gracious host encourages her guests to enjoy. There is a kitchen, a good shower, a desk, comfortable chairs for relaxing and, very important, a good bed. I’m looking forward to my return.”

“My mom and I booked with Ewa and we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. We had a quiet and visually peaceful place to sleep at night with how sparsely populated this area is. Ewa was welcoming and prompt with responses to questions. The area is full of beautiful trails and beaches nearby and it's easy to access the main roads in Point Reyes from this VRBO (it was one of the main reasons we booked this location.) “We had a very pleasant stay in this property. We were there to run the Miwok 100k race which starts in Stinson Beach, and location was perfect for us. The house has a very nice and large living area which is perfect for relaxing, and it is nested in the woods, which is very nice and quiet.”
