“So the keyless feature was nice. Would have been a bit better if the keyless feature was also an option for the entry door from Trader Joe's. At least I did not see it. Had to go outside and then inside. Building nice, felt secure and the it felt safe. Friendly residents, it seemed. The apartment was nice, obviously new. Had a couple issues. The floor was clean, but sticky, likely due to the cleanser used (like spray and wipe stuff). The electric tea pot, so far I could determine……

“Our room was quite big, very cozy, with everything we needed. Beautiful view of Lake Superior...right out the back door to our room. This hotel is close to everything in town. You are steps away from restaurants, shopping, galleries, the marina, Artists point, etc. ”

“There was NOT staff on site 24 hours a day despite being told twice there would be, and NO staff on site on weekends. All communication had to be through an app and you had to wait for them to respond. Our message asking about linens for the sofa sleeper never received a response. ”

“I love my stay at Modi . Very good apartment. So confortable, quiet place . Considering that it is located next to a grocery store, that is a very helpful in a snowing day. They only thing that I will suggest is to place a blackout on bedroom curtain, because the building has a light outside of the bedroom and this could be a little difficult to sleep. But graded as 10 in a rate 0-10.”
