“Unit was nice and clean upon arrival and parking is great. Beds are extremely comfortable and kitchen has pretty much everything you might need for a short vacation. Took a while to figure out the tv and as far as I can tell there is no WiFi for the unit. One odd thing is alot of the plugs in the unit don’t accommodate standard cords like phone chargers and hairdryer. And as documented on other feedback you hear every step the folks in the unit above make.”

“Wonderful host and property. A private guest house above the garage. Owner has his own vineyard on property. A beautiful location that is west facing for California sunsets. Conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood nearby all types of exploration opportunities. ”

“Perfect for 2 couples with full bedroom downstairs and another upstairs with kitchen. Quiet neighborhood just blocks from downtown. Plenty of private parking. Kitchen lacking suitable pans and not many dishes, but luckily there were nice wine glasses. :) Bright and sunny rooms. Large closets. Hot showers and plenty of toiletries and towels Highly recommended property.”

“Gerry & Paula paid great attention to detail and made us feel pampered and at home. Very clean and new apartment, everything worked, adequate utensils, kitchen stocked including a lovely bottle of wine to welcome us. Orange juice, cream, coffee, waffles, English muffins, butter, and oatmeal provided for breakfast!! The bed and sofa were perfectly comfortable. The shower was wonderful, brand new. Very easy to check in and out. Paula was available and responsive if you should need anything. I’m……

“The Lincoln Street Cottage is exactly what you see on the site EXCEPT better! It’s immaculate, simple and soooo cute! The hosts have thought of everything which made us feel very comfortable and cozy. If I ever get a chance to come back to SLO I will definitely stay here again. Five stars!! “We came up for a weekend visit in February to wander the downtown and see Sensorio (amazing, totally worth every penny). This rental is very nice and super conveniently located. Paso Robles currently (2/24) is not enforcing parking so we were able to park in the small lot by the building and keep an eye on our vehicle from the rental. The rental has a giant touchscreen that is used for check in and check out and includes information about the property and had a map of the surrounding area so you……

“This was a perfect romantic get-away. The outside deck was wonderful for enjoying our morning coffee, as well as our evening wine. Being able to see and hear the ocean from our room was so relaxing. The location was perfect for visiting many of the local restaurants and we also appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was for us to prepare meals also. The BBQ area was perfect for grilling while we enjoyed the fire pit. Having beach access right across the street ensured we got our walk on the……

“Such a find! Modern, bright, perfect for 2 couples or a family. 2 giant king beds and lovely bathrooms. I would give this place 5 stars + but it needs just a couple things. Could use more glasses and dishes. We had my son and 4 friends for dinner one night (total 7 people) and had to use cooking pans as plates. It worked but could be better. Also, there was only 1 knife. The bathroom has zero hooks or bars to hang your towels and the kitchen sink disposer didn’t work when we arrived so the sink……

“We love staying at this property. We’ve stayed here multiple times with our family and dog. It’s close to the embarcadero and within walking distance of everything. The home is clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the TV is a smart TV, so you can throw shows up on the tv from your phone or tablet. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we’ll definitely be back!!”
