“This bottom floor condo was perfect for our weekend in Morro Bay. It had all the amenities we needed and was walking distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It was also decorated very nicely. We would stay here again.”

“Great location, very nice and clean units, and great communication from staff. However, when they warn that it is in a noisy location, they mean it. Right over and across from extremely boisterous bars with lots of loud drunks. We were ok with it, but if you need silence to get a good nights sleep this probably isn’t the place for you.”

“Ryan Cider and Bourbon met us as we parked. My dog Arthur quickly befriended the other 2 dogs. Ryan greeted us and showed us around the grounds and house. The views are spectacular. The house itself is tastefully furnished and items are clearly labeled. Amenities are top-notch and well thought out. There are multiple spices, coffee and cooking oil. The beds are extremely comfortable and we sleep soundly. We did not want to leave the house!! I enjoyed meeting the tortoise and viewing the koi pot.……

Communication with host, Melinda, was easy. She was so helpful and quick to respond to a couple of questions that came up during our visit. “Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.”

“We stayed at this cottage for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute! Susanne is super friendly and hospitable. The cottage is really comfortable and well-stocked for cooking. The beautifully landscaped private yard is perfect for relaxing and soaking in the sun. There's so many things nearby to hike and explore. So sad to leave, but can't wait to return!”

“Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach. House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation!”

“We enjoyed our stay here and loved the back deck with views for miles. The master was especially nice with the updated bathroom. The home was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. My only suggestion, and the reason we wouldn’t rebook, is that the mattresses were terrible. All 4 of use complained every morning when we got up about shoulder and back pain. They really need to be replaced with something more comfortable,.”

“Was a great home base for my friends and I while we spent time in our old college town. The jacuzzi on the back deck was a wonderful nighttime hang. The house felt like staying at a family members home. Had everything we needed. Leslie also left us some welcome treats of local goodies.”

“It's a lovely property. The house is well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. There were two drawbacks that are not clear from the listing. First, the location of the house is very remote. When we mapped the house, it noted there was an unpaved portion of road. I was surprised at the length of the unpaved road. Second, the listing indicates there was a hot tub on site. There was not. When I asked about it, I did not receive a response from the property manager until after we had checked out. This……
