“Arrived at 11.30pm. Room on ground floor was huge and warm with 2 very comfortable beds. Made a brew and went to bed. Bathroom tiny but not an issue. Staff seemed friendly but didn't really see anyone. Paid extra as we arrived after 10pm.”

“Pros: modern clean hotel adjacent to a shopping mall. Very friendly and courteous staff on reception, good sized rooms with massive bed. Cons: it’s pretty obvious that this hotel forms part of an office block and therefore the communal areas are very “officey”. Not very easy to work out where the actual hotel entrance is from a drivers point of view although once found, parking was excellent (and free).”

“I stayed overnight at CrossBasket Castle with my boyfriend as he received a generous voucher for the Michel Roux Jr tasting menu. The hotel and staff are absolutely brilliant and extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. The food is exquisite and it’s possibly one of the finest cheese boards we have ever had. Look forward to retuning one day.”

“This is an all stars facility. The Inn is a new property with just a few minutes away from local amenities and 30 min from Glasgow. We stayed 2 nights there and it is highly recommended. ”

“Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls gut eingerichtet und auch das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und professionell. Leider befand sich gegenüber des Zimmers ein Lokal/eine Gaststätte, aus der auch um 2 Uhr nachts noch laute Musik spielte. Aber ich denke, dass das Hotel auch keinen Einfluss darauf hatte.”
