“Very basic but roomy house, it can accommodate a large family or 3 couples. Lots of space for preparing and eating meals or just hanging out. Driveway and path to front door were very icy and treacherous, some sand could help.”

“The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken”

“We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Alder Brook Lodge. The house was spotless, the bedrooms were good size and the home theater/bunk house was perfect for the four grandchildren. The yard offered endless fun, whether playing down by the brook, enjoying the fire pit or just playing yard games. We didn’t even have time to try the hot tub or go on any of the hiking trails. Maybe next time. Finally, the proximity to Santa’s Village , made a great opening day even better. Thank you for the……

“This place blows you away even just as you drive up to it. It's perfect for large families/groups with all the sleeping arrangements that are possible. Having three showers was amazing as well for all of us (6 adults and 4 kids). The porch on the outside was lovely at night. We planned on using the fire pit in the back as well but never had a chance to, it's adorable how they have it set up though. The place was very clean, much cleaner than places we've rented in the past. I will say to maybe……
