The host Jon lived two houses away, so was on the spot when we had a bit of trouble using the locking mechanism. It's a quick walk through a college campus to get to fun breweries, good restaurants and a waterfront park. Highly recommend this affordable stay.”

“This is our second stay at Sea Ya Round. It's such a warm and cozy home with so many amenities. We had coffee every morning sitting on the oceanfront deck/gazebo. So relaxing and beautiful. We saw dolphins every morning. Horses came right up the shore, up the dunes, and were grazing right next to our deck (within a few feet of us). Truly amazing! We hope to come back again!”

“This place is amazing! It’s in the perfect spot! The house is stocked with everything! Furniture is comfy, tons of room to spread out, but also great places to gather as a family. Loved all the decks , screened porch, and the lookout deck! The sunrise, sunsets, and stars are amazing! The horses 🐎 were right in the yard twice. We also loved walking and riding around looking at the beautiful scenery and horses. Views from house are just incredible! Our family ranged from 18-50, 8 of us , everyone……

“We needed a place to stay close to my grandmothers nursing home. Rick accommodated us very last minute and gave us the perfect place to stay. Comfortable beds, easy check in process, responsive host, great location on the sound and near a great seafood restaurant; Frog Island. The pool table and games were nice to do in the evenings. We had zero problems with the water, as mentioned in a previous review. The house was clean and well stocked with coffee, cream, toiletries etc. There is a bait……

It truly makes for a better experience having peace, quiet, clean and comfy bedding. The owners were truly a blessing, living nearby. They were the definition of true southern hospitality.
