Wonderful staff, helpful and very friendly. The rooms were alright - decent amount of space for a queen/twin room, but noticeable stains on the walls and ceiling. Didn’t mind it too much since we were out and about for most of our time in Taipei (price was also reasonable). Great location, walkable area - near a big park, museums, attractions, etc.

Close to Taipei Main Station. Clean comfortable room, although hallway carpet and laundry in basement a little aged and shabby. Beautiful view of the city. The only real problem I had was the WiFi. It was truly terrible even for searching on google maps (which is a common activity when traveling). I had to buy more data on my eSIM to support myself. I can’t imagine trying to do any work on the WiFi.

"We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed ..."
