We needed a little guidance with the refrig alarm and thermostat and Jason responded quickly to our questions. A few extra directions for the convection oven could be added to the information binder. Before I checked in, I filled out the 6 PM room service according to the form given by the front desk, but they were not only 30 minutes late but the fruit was still rotten. And their dinner delivery system is not cheap and not worth it. The service charge adds up to $20 but they just deliver the food to the door and walk away. They also charge vacation fees! There was a problem with the bath's massage system and we had to turn off the bath to prevent……
