“Great location in the heart of a vineyard. Tiny house is clean, in brilliant condition and the bed is really comfortable. The hosts were really communicative and helpful. Would highly recommended and will be back. ”

Everything we needed was in the house and we were very comfortable. Beware of the family of kookaburras that live locally and don't mind helping themselves to any food being shared outside.”

Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. “Easy to find, clean and close to the beach”

“We stayed for 5 nights over New Years. The two bedrooms were a good size and the location in the complex was excellent for sitting on the balcony and enjoying a breakfast out of direct sunlight. The happy hour at the onsite restaurant and bar has great variety. We didn't go to the restaurant as there was cooking facilities in our room and a BBQ on the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need although the knives were blunt. We ended up getting a $5.00 set of 3 knives from Kmart. All shops……

“Nice older style house tucked away in a cul de sac very close to Little Beach. This is a perfect beach for younger children and very family friendly. 5 mins drive into Nelson Bay . We enjoyed our stay.”

“Lovely clean unit, just as viewed in profile. Great location and set up for home cooking but also lots of restaurants nearby. Shoal Bay is gorgeous and Nelson Bay nearby has lots more amenities but very busy”

“Unique hotel, not to mention the beautiful lagoon pool. Good to have Microwave oven and cutlery provided. The single bed is standard single, not king single. Hope cleaner did a better job with attention to details. Somewhere dusty.”
