The girl on reception when we arrived was friendly and very helpful. She pointed out the hotels Hillsborough memorial on the wall which is very moving.Our room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to the City centre shops and there are many great pubs and restaurants close by. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff and building are amazing. Have stayed a couple of times now and it has a lovely quality. Food is delicious and it is walkable to shopping and other attractions. Would highly recommend
