“Very beautiful property with everything we needed for a very relaxing New Year’s weekend. Clean, comfortable and spacious. My dog and I enjoyed are morning walks through the property. Bedrooms were well appointed. We loved it so much… we canceled some of our plans and dinner reservations, choosing instead to stay/cook in the home. Thank you!”

“The drive way was the worst thing about this property. It was very scary to get in and out of. Also, the front step really needs some work. It wobbled and because of the weather, it was covered in wet leaves. I was so afraid I was going to fall. The house is charming and other than going down the basement stairs to do a load of laundry, things were fine.”

“The property was clean and bright. It was close to our family’s home for a short commute back and forth. Even though there are no TVs in the home the kids were just fine with the WiFi. I love the white bedding and linens. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.”

“We never received check in instructions even though I reached out to the owner the day before checking in and while I was on my way to the property. So we ended up having to buy a hotel room last minute which cost an arm and a leg. She ended up sending me the check in information at night around 9:30 after we already got a hotel room. And now I cant get a refund because the cancellation doesn't fall in the time window. I cant tell you how the room was because I was never able to even get in. ”

“Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins. Plus, one of the twins was missing the top mini mattress. The view is mostly of the neighborhood street, nearby homes and their roofs and a small……

“This home is exactly as described! Beautiful scenery, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable/ clean. This family obviously takes good care of the property. We also got to enjoy the cows and chickens in the yard. We will definitely be back.”
