“We never received check in instructions even though I reached out to the owner the day before checking in and while I was on my way to the property. So we ended up having to buy a hotel room last minute which cost an arm and a leg. She ended up sending me the check in information at night around 9:30 after we already got a hotel room. And now I cant get a refund because the cancellation doesn't fall in the time window. I cant tell you how the room was because I was never able to even get in. ”

“Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins. “We have stayed at many VRBO in many states and have been impressed with most of them, but this far exceeded being impressed. The loft is beautiful, cozy, relaxing, and feels like home. Everything you need is there. The 22 acres is breath taking. We walked each morning and each night and our 3 year old was obessed with all the animals. “14 of us stayed here for a secluded bachelorette weekend in nature and it was truly a dream come true. The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house. The only minor down side was the water heater struggled keeping up with 14 woman’s daily hygiene needs. Overall, everything was so wonderful and Eric was very pleasant and accommodating. “The stay was nice and so was the rooms . In my kids room there was a yellow stain on the blankets , even tho I couldn’t get a hold of the front desk I had to walk down to get a new blanket. There were kids playing on my kids door and running all night !! It was the worst my kids was really scared ! Even when we reported it kids was still knocking on their door and running . Other then that the hotel was nice .”
