“Very convenient to the beach and not too far from restaurants, etc. As others have said, the road is busy and loud but thats beyond the control of the owners. You are also at the mercy of others staying in the building but again, the owners cant control that. Properly supplied and nice enough without breaking the bank.”

“It was ok for our last minute trip. Definitely could use some painting and bathroom could use updated. Building was old, unkept.”

“Wasn't what I expected”

“Cute space. Definitely for 4 people or less. The back yard is the beach which we loved. Wish we had nicer weather to enjoy it more. The only down fall there was only one parking spot available. We had two cars so we had to park the car 4 min drive away which was the closest public parking. Other than that it was a nice stay.”

“Clean and cozy apartment. Close proximity to Wisconsin/Nauticus and the beach. Nearby grocery and restaurants.”

“You get exactly what they advertise online. It was clean and easy access and the host was easy to contact and quick to respond.”

“It was just what we needed. We were in town for a memorial and this place was clean and comfortable.”

“First day was great, the apartment is situated above a garage. The garage is used as a hangout. The second night was terrible, there were two men drinking smoking and watching Tv til late and there was banging and crashing til 5am ,then the garage door came down, which was so loud, we got no sleep that night. After that we didn’t like the location and even though it was quiet on our last night, we just wanted to leave. It’s a shame because the apartment is really nice and location to the beach……

“Visit with friends”

“Unit was in a great location of walkable to restaurants, cafés shops attractions. The unit was very spacious, the bedrooms living room, dining room plenty of room for the four of us. The only thing I would say is that they need to replace the sofa.”

“Nice place for a couple to stay. In a great neighborhood and close to downtown and highways.”

“The property was overall very nice. Some of the finishes and furnishings are starting to wear (marks on walls, floor tiles, worn throw pillow, mildew on shower curtain) and tissue box was empty. Otherwise, we'd definitely rebook on our next visit to Norfolk.”

“The property overall was clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a knot of hair in the bedsheets. The kitchen has been updated and there is a good size living room. The bathroom is tiny!!! We found the beds to be uncomfortable, with and without the extra matress. The bed in the smaller.bedroom is broken and would roll around the room sometimes. Neighbor has a junkyard in their backyard. Property is very close to a beautiful beach. For a budget price it is worth it.”

“From the moment we walked in the door we were immediately greeted with the smell of freshly cleaned floors, linens, and counter tops. I was very impressed by the customer service of our hosts and the speed at which they responded to any of our questions. They were very kind and respectful as well. We were visiting from NY, and the house was pleasantly bigger than what we expected. They provided clean linens and basically everything we needed for the weekend. Will definitely recommend and stay……

“We had a great stay at this property for 3 nights. It is a perfect fit for two adults and a dog and was right around the corner from the ocean. The bed and bathtub were absolutely wonderful! I appreciated the communication from owners and had an easy, peaceful weekend. Thanks!”
