“We booked a 2 bedroom suite unit that included 2 kings beds and a pullout sofa with a living room and kitchen area. The unit we were given was 1 basic room with 2 double beds. The host, who up until this point had been VERY responsive, suddenly had an emergency and couldn’t help us. We were a group of 4 adult females, and didn’t feel safe about this situation. We felt like this was all a scam and not sure who had access to our room. We left the room and called Vrbo customer service immediately……

“Greg's place is very large and can accommodate many guests. We loved the room to spread out but also everything was on one level. It seemed clean - some dust accumulating in places but nothing that made us feel like cleanliness was an issue. We were sitting outside having coffee one morning and a pool cleaner showed up. No big deal but would've been nice to have a heads up that someone was coming. Wish the pool was heated. We didn't use it much as the weather wasn't hot. It's a little drive to……
