“This house was fantastic and for all of our needs. We are a softball team that travels together all over the country. Not only did it fit everyone comfortably, it was conveniently located. When we come back next year, we will definitely stay here again!”

“Accommodated 5 adults easily and very convenient walk to the strip (maybe a block off it). Facilities are clean, friendly staff, and great amenities. Their pool and hot tub on the roof were a huge bonus. Would recommend!”

“My group of 10 guys reserved this stay for a long weekend. The space is very big, good for large groups. Everyone got their own bed which is rare with such a large group. The pool is big and can be heated. Communication with the host company was easy. There were a few issues that came up during our stay that required us to let some workers into the home, luckily we were there, but that did leave some of our group uneasy. The company did order us a pizza as a sorry, so that was nice. Overall it……

“From the beginning, communication with the owner and property manager was terrible!!! I had to contact VRBO to finally get them to answer me. The pool does not have any outdoor furniture so my 75 year old mother was expected to get down and lay on the rough cement. When I asked the owner about any outdoor chairs, she suggested we go to the Wynn. That’s where she always goes to enjoy the pool. Who tells you to go and enjoy somewhere else? Our purpose was to hang out by the pool for two days.……

“This is an extreme make over home! Pretty nice and it has everything you need.”

“The accommodations were great for our larger group of teenage boys. We were able to comfortably fit our entire team and loved the extra amenities provided in the house. The host communicated well and responded quickly, they were super personable and informative. Would recommend and book again for next years tournament!”

“This spacious home is very convenient to drive to the Strip. It is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes to grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurant chains. Fremont Street and the outlet mall are also just a quick drive away. Much of the patio seating is in poor repair, and I recommended that they provide dish cloths/towels for the kitchen. Very pleasant communications with the owner.”

“Overall, the home is very clean and tidy - we have no complaints about that. The first night we arrived, we noticed that the previous occupant(s) had damaged the blinds in three of the four bedrooms, which would allow morning light to show through and, with the light on, people to see in. There are four of us ladies staying there and that was just a safety thing. There was also no check-in information where the wi-fi password was provided. And, the light over the sink in the en suite bathroom,……

“Only good thing here was photography skills. How they created pictures to deviate from actual result was amazing. Super lipstick on pig scenario… We were asked not to divulge we were short term renters to anyone during stay and was not an issue until neighbors dog has a bad habit of barking each night from 10:30 to 4:30. Would have contacted police ans house rules ansked for quiet after 11pm and would have asked law to intervene with noise ordinance…but didn’t know how to explain our situation.……

“My experience at this home was AMAZING everything was beautiful and clean every room was spacious I will most definitely book this property again for my next trip to Las Vegas. The property manager was on standby If I had questions he’d answer them in a timely manner. The location was near everything I didn’t have to travel far to get to stores and etc. The next door neighbor was friendly also. Booking this home was not a disappointment we were very pleased. Thank you again for letting us……

“Greg's place is very large and can accommodate many guests. We loved the room to spread out but also everything was on one level. It seemed clean - some dust accumulating in places but nothing that made us feel like cleanliness was an issue. We were sitting outside having coffee one morning and a pool cleaner showed up. No big deal but would've been nice to have a heads up that someone was coming. Wish the pool was heated. We didn't use it much as the weather wasn't hot. It's a little drive to……
