“Great weather”

“We stayed 4 nights/3days and really enjoyed our time. Location is great for restaurants, walks, and the beach. All service was very nice and with a smile. The apartment was as advertised, also on 25th floor with an amazing view from the balcony. There is construction next door for another two high-rise condos (from an inquiry all pre-sold). There is some noise, but was not a major impact.”

The place was clean, little/no traffic in the surrounding area, very quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to quite a few things! The host was very communicative from the beginning and was available to chat whenever I needed! Would definitely stay here again, we had a great time.”

“The location of the property was exactly what we were looking for. Easy access to the beach, pool, and great views from the balcony. If I were to rate the condo based on a five star rating, I would rate it a three. Overall everything in the condo is out of date, but has all the necessities you would need for a family vacation. The beach accessories and beach wagon were perfect for a family of four. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you need. The laundry is located near the……

“We stayed here for just a couple days, celebrating a big birthday milestone. The house was exactly as we expected it to be. The owners were very accommodating. We even had a small accident in the house (one of the kids broke a small lamp) and the owners were great, giving us the opportunity to just purchase a replacement option, rather then charge us anything additional. The kids loved the house and said every time we return to Miami, they hope we can stay again.”

“Working away from home. Crewmembers and I stayed at this location. Beautiful large home with excellent location and enough room for the entire crew...very comfortably. I highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the area whether family on vacation or group working in the area. Close to everything and comfortable enough to sit back and relax.”

“We had plenty of room for the family and the pool was nice Great access, it was situated nicely for being able to get around the area Kitchen and grill area could use some TLC along with a few more and newer pots and pans. Road noise was a bit bothersome at times The host was very nice”
