“Working away from home. Crewmembers and I stayed at this location. Beautiful large home with excellent location and enough room for the entire crew...very comfortably. I highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the area whether family on vacation or group working in the area. Close to everything and comfortable enough to sit back and relax.”

“This was a great property for two families. There was lots of comfortable living space and the pool was large enough for two families to enjoy! Loved the decor and palm trees in the back yard.”

“The property is not in active disrepair, though the sofa bed was damaged upon arrival. There was no communication about having it repaired or replaced during our stay, which meant we had two people sleeping on a broken sofa bed for lack of other space. The owner only communicated the check-in instructions an hour prior to the listed check in time, and gave a time an hour later than the site listed (4pm instead of 3pm). It's a relatively spacious place, and not too far from most amenities. Decent……

“We loved staying at this Miami Villa. We were 12 for a bachelorette trip and there was more than enough room for us all to sleep comfortably. The space was even bigger in person!!! There are 5 bathrooms (including the one by the pool) which was perfect since we had so many girls who needed to shower/get ready for all our bach events. Can't recommend the property enough!”

“Overall the house was exactly like the pictures. The pros: Backyard was everything, pool amazing. The house was incredibly spacious for 6 females. The house was close to a lot of markets and food. Aaron was amazing to get in contact with and was on top of handling things. And his concierge Thomas- so helpful!!! The cons: The closets in all the rooms were very small, with not a lot of storage. I was disappointed with the master bed closet - there was no room to store my clothing. A closet that……

“It was my partners birthday weekend and we had booked tickets to events for the weekend and wanted something comfortable to come back to. The place was clean, little/no traffic in the surrounding area, very quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to quite a few things! The host was very communicative from the beginning and was available to chat whenever I needed! Would definitely stay here again, we had a great time.”

“We stayed 4 nights this Thanksgiving. This was such a lovely rental and vacation experience. The property was spotless and perfectly updated and decorated. It felt really nice, but low fuss. Perfect rental house filled with all the amenities you’d need! We had a perfect stay with the best space for the family to bond and play. Great Grill and Outdoor seating by the pool. You did a great job furnishing the house and making everything so convenient. We will definitely return again. Management……

“7 of us stayed here comfortably - 2 school-aged kids, 4 adults, and a senior. The house and pool are bigger than what the photos indicate. It was wonderful to have 3.5 baths. The mattresses were fine. The BBQ outside was a plus and having a screened-in pool was useful against bugs, bees etc. Viktoriya was attentive and quick to respond to any questions/concerns.”

“We did not end up staying since our arrival was @9am and when we called the hotel asking for early check in they told us it’s at 4pm so we asked for a possibility of earlier than that they said then 5pm. They’re RUDE and lack of good customer service. So we passed by later on and check it out, we’re so glad we did not stay. It’s dirty all over and doesn’t look like a safe place to stay in.”
