“Overall our stay was very comfortable. However, on our last night we arrived back to our room only to find our door was left wide open, assuming by house keeping who had been in there earlier that afternoon. ”

“The hotel was your typical Ibis hotel- what you would expect. The reception lady was very nice. The shower had good water pressure and hot however not high enough for tall people. Need a power point near the bedside table. ”

“开始前台给错了房间，因为她没有确认名字和房间类型，只是中国人的姓氏一样的就认为是同一个人。我发现后打电话前台。一个叫Julie的态度十分强硬不友善,可以说很不专业。换了房间后发现房间还不错的。其他员工还可以的。复活节期间的溢价不太划算。WIFI用不了，前台说wifi是坏的。”

“Wonderful stay at Zoofari Lodge, Taronga Western Plains Zoo! Our stay exceeded our expectations. We loved being close to the Savannah animals grazing in front of our tent. The food is unique and superb and the staff friendly and helpful. The daily tours provided close up encounters with a number of animal species and staff were caring and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this stay and overall experience. ”

“No phone in my room to ring room service. For the price of the meal it was pretty underwhelming. Portion size was very small but it did taste nice. Shower curtain is useless as water was still spraying all over the floor. ”
