“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. The living conditions and environment are acceptable, and the price of the room I booked is quite……

The service was excellent, and so was the music selection they were playing. The restaurant is very elegant, not sure about the food yet. Maybe next time we will dinner there as well. Mr. Salvatore, the owner is always walking around making sure everything is running smoothly. Even the restrooms by the bar and……
