“This house was so cozy and pleasant! Lots of local art and fun knickknacks, everything we needed was here, plenty of space and a very appreciated fenced in backyard, beach toys, TONS of books, and right across from beach access. One note is that it's not super toddler-friendly with so many breakable things at toddler height, but there was plenty to keep them occupied so it wasn't an issue. Would definitely recommend!”

“Incredible! Ann thought of everything a guest may need and more. Cozy, clean, pet friendly, fresh smelling towels, coffee was there for the morning and well stocked cabinets and drawers, even a washer and dryer too. We sleep so soundly, and the stars are amazing to view in Eastern Oregon.”

“Although a bit smaller then anticipated it was cozy and warm; pet friendly fence needs closure at drive way, like a gate other than those suggestions and a couple fix it’s with cracked tile in kitchen and a broken towel bar in bathroom I would definitely say location and communication with owner made up for a couple imperfections”

“The cabin was cute and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was very well stocked. Minor detail: we couldn't find the base for the blender. The view of the ocean from the path was wonderful. We did have some problems, however. First, we found the instructions for the heater confusing. The heater near the bathroom didn't respond to the programming. The one in the front did. But the big issue was the keys. It was hard to get the key to work going in, and then it never worked again --……

“Charming cottage, very well kept. Beds were comfortable to sleep on and plenty of room in the loft, nice size for the whole cottage. My daughter and I enjoyed kayaking but wish we’d set aside more time for that. Terrific location being so close to the waterfalls. We really enjoyed the hike and took so many photos at the various waterfalls! Enjoyed a great fire every night and appreciative the host had wood for us. It will be nice to visit her again. 😊”

“Every time my husband and I stay here we wish we had stayed longer and book our next stay for the following year. Although it rained the entire time we were there, it was still relaxing and beautiful. The neighboring small towns are fun to explore as well. The South Beach Fish Market just up the street has delicious seafood to take home. We always get the dungeness crabs (eat cold) and this time got halibut and cooked it on the charcoal BBQ for fish tacos. Best we've ever had! The hosts are very……

“We really enjoyed this property. An amazing.view with great access to beach. We enjoyed privacy of.location and just vegged out. Our dog loved the beach and this house was great for our dog. Our teenager loved the location and provacy to just chill. We would stay again. ”

“Very peaceful place and beautiful location. Would like to return some day and so glad we could have our dog there. We're use to a cold climate so not having a great heating system was not an issue for us. My only suggestion would be to eliminate the plug in air freshener as it set off my chemical sensitivities and allergies.”

“This is a fantastic base camp for exploring Bend. Walkable to everything you’ll want to explore in Downtown/Old Bend, convenient to the Deschutes River trail, and steps away from some great dining along Newport Ave. Newport is a busy-ish main drag, but the property is set back from the street and very quiet. Easy parking. Cozy - best for a solo explorer or a couple, but could accommodate a child as well.”
