"A very nice hotel in the heart of Oxford. Excellent service from the staff. A great location with a car park. We had a meal in the restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed."
"Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We had a 3 night winter stay that was delightful from breakfast through to dinner. The food, charming interiors and staff were all excellent, fabulous memories for us."
"The Malmaison is in an old prison, close to the train station and close to areas of interest in Oxford. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Our room was comfortable, but the lack of a refrigerator was disappointing. (The staff was happy to deliver a bucket of ice upon request.) We enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant. There were also excellent lunch and dinner options within an easy walk. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others."
"Beautiful heritage hotel. Breakfast was excellent value and selection. Walkable to city centre and also on major transportation routes, including the hop on hop off bus ( very convenient).
There is no elevator, which the hotel was clear about but the Expedia site got wrong. The heritage rooms are worth the fee, although located on upper floors. "
"Staff were great and the room was large and well appointed, but it was very noisy as our room faced the student union and there was a big party on the front lawn. Also, very early (before 7 am) work noises out front.

"Rooms are neat and tidy, staff are polite and helpful.
Definitely recommed the hotel.
Though the dinner options are very less within the hotel for Vegetarians, and almost no dinings options outside the hotel as well. So come prepared accordingly"
