“提前两个月预订并已全额付款的豪华客房，入住时酒店却提供了两间阁楼普通客房，我们发现问题后和酒店沟通，酒店却以豪华客房无空房为由加以拒绝，并且不愿退回房间差价，一口咬定提供的就是预订的豪华间。英国牛津风尚酒店完全不可信，而且完全没有解决问题的诚意。”

“very nice room, wonderful meals (breakfast and dinner). excellence view from room and peaceful surronding. but the safe in room was broken. and not very good shower head, although it was working.”

“Diana is lovely and knowledgeable about the area. The property is clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is ample and tasty. There are stairs to reach the rooms, no lift, but her son was able to carry our bags up.”

“A last minute change was required due to a maintenance problem at the apartment originally booked. A nearby alternative equal to the original was provided at no extra charge. 20 minute bus to center of Oxford. ”
