“We were attending an equestrian competition at Los Angeles Equestrian Center. The apartment is very close to the grounds and just a few minutes drive to get back over to take care of the horses, etc. We will be staying there again when we come back in September. NOTE: while the reserved parking is great.....if you're driving a big truck that you've used to haul your horses over, it's a tight squeeze....but does work!”

Perfect for Universal Hollywood in particular - which was our main reason for visiting. “The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.”

We also were able to walk too many places for dinner and groceries we felt very secure inside and the parking and gate keys were great. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. “My first visit to Glendale with a pleasant house for 12 days. Very clean. Communication with the managers were good. They always answered within 5 minutes when I needed something. And were also friendly people. The house had the perfect location. All the attractions of Glendale were within 10 minutes of the house. Thank you!”

“Our son is at Gnomon, a college specializing in animation and computer aided design in the heart of Hollywood. Our stay at this lovely one bedroom apartment high in the hills but only 10 minutes or less from our son was absolutely perfect. We love to hike and less than 200 yards from this place was a trail that led down to the Hollywood reservoir or up to Mulholland drive. The view was lovely, the night air cool and the surroundings tranquil. one couldn't ask for anything more.”

“We aren’t picky people, especially when it comes to a one night stay before we were off to our next stop. I think this place has a lot of potential and with it being a new listing I think it will only get better. However, the cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. The sheets in one room were permanently stained. To the hosts credit they offered to get replacements over. Unfortunately, discovering stained sheets right as you’re about to lay down to sleep is not ideal, and I……

“Very nice above garage apartment in a cute neighborhood. We enjoyed a short walk in the mornings to grab a latte at a neighborhood coffee shop. Michelle was very helpful in recommending restaurants, etc. Will book again in the future!”
