But having a car, we had parking and were centrally located to other neighborhoods of interest. Walkable to many restaurants and markets for essentials. Laurie was a great host!”

“This house was recently remodeled and they thought of everything a guest might need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen and two bathrooms well-equipped. The push button door lock is easy to use, no fumbling with a key and lock box. Parking is easy, and the location could not be better. Grocery stores are close by, and a CVS is right around the corner.”

“This house suited our needs perfectly. We were visiting family in the area, and it was just a few minutes drive to their house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked nicely. Getting to the laundry was confusing, but the owner helped us when we had questions. And we had a grocery delivery that didn't make it - I guess the neighborhood is a bit confusing for delivery drivers, too, but we eventually found the packages in front of another house nearby. This was a quiet and easy stop for us. And our……

“This was a very nice house that has been rehabbed. It was large enough to fit our group of 10. Lots of modern technology. Garage has been turned into living space. Expensive but it’s LA. I would like to give it a five star but just can’t. The cleaning was just subpar. Lots of cigarettes butts outside in plant pots and on deck and side of house. A dirty diaper in the window. And the trash cans were overflowing the day we got there and the garbage truck wasn’t coming till we left.”

“My family booked this place for the week and we were very pleased with the location, amenities, and communication with the host. They were very supportive of our time here. And the proximity to Pasadena, Glendale, and the rest of LA is pretty good. The only thing to be aware of is street parking, as you need a permit. But overall, great place. Thank you.”

“Property was clean, very spacious. We had more room than we actually needed! Host provided shampoo, conditioner, soap. Also laundry detergent was available. These are extra added touches that make the stay even better. When traveling by air it is hard to pack every single item you may need. We ended up walking from the Hollywood bowl after the concert bc it was hard to get an Uber. The walk was safe and very easy! Although I probably will not visit LA again, this was an excellent location,……

“This house was perfect for my friends and family getaway weekend. With 5 bedrooms, there was plenty of space to sleep, multiple living rooms and a good size kitchen/dining room. It came equipped with everything we needed and the host was very prompt at responding to all communication. Highly recommend for the price and location as well. Would stay here again anytime!”
