“我們來檳城唯一的住宿酒店，整體很滿意，有送每天的單趟旅遊店載送服務，非常的貼心，但是每天都要先預約，旁邊就是夜市及很多商家，所以生活機能非常不錯，只是早餐要排隊，早餐的餐廳座位空間太小，早餐的菜色及變化也很少，是美中不足的地方，住宿期間剛好一部電梯在維修，不過有另外二部電梯，時間上還部至於耽擱太久，可惜的是時間的因素，無法將酒店的額外設施好好玩一遍，希望下次有機會在去檳城時能夠再入住一次。”

“Poor services. Need to wait long for check-in. I asked for a few hangers and I didn't get them until I repeated the request for 3 times. One of the toilets was stucked so I asked the staff to fix it. One guy came and checked the problem in the morning and promised to fix it soon after we go out.
