Enjoy the area. Try to see some elk which have been reintroduced.

If you drive from the lodge to Pisgah, stop at Pisgah Inn specifically at the general store if you are not sure of specific places like Skinny Dip Falls and they will help you to locate these places as there are very few if any signs along the street or at entrance to trails leading to them. Be sure to see Conservatory at the Biltmore House.

Bring water, stretch prior and expect a strenuous 3 mile hike to the top but with a view to die for making it worthwhile.

Did not stop at looking glass falls as there were too many cars and no where to safely park. We were there on a Sunday around 1 pm. Go early if you can.
