“Old motel. But recently and professionally painted inside and out. Parking was super clean. Room was fresh smelling and clean. TV, frig, microwave. Quiet location. I travel on my own dime so am always looking for best value for the buck. I’d give this place a 9/10”

“We attended a wedding at Springville Ranch Barn. This guesthouse was literally a 3 minute drive away. Neighborhood is very quiet and dark which makes it relaxing. A big plus was that we brought our dog and she felt at home too. Property owner, Janelle, was very quick to respond back to my messages. Thank you Janelle, we enjoyed your guesthouse and bragged to our family and friends about it.”

Do yourself a favor and make time to be outside at early morning as nature is waking up, at sunset to see the colors of the sky, and again after dark to stargaze. All the stress will melt away. We would definitely stay here again.”
