“This home was a wonderful spot for 5 adults and 1 infant to stay while exploring Skye. We really appreciated the 3 bathrooms and the central location to explore the area. The kitchen is fabulous, everything you could want to prepare food to eat in or to take on a picnic. We took the owners advice and stocked up on groceries when we passed through Portree. The Yurtea had amazing baked treats and a cozy atmosphere and just a few steps away. The chocolate orange brownie was amazing! The Skyeskin……

When I called, the property manager met us and informed us that the deck was being redone which should have been finished when we arrived, but obviously wasn't. She assured us that we would not be bothered and honestly, we were not bothered in the least after we settled in. We still should have been advised of the project prior to arriving. “This property was great! There were four adults that stayed and plenty of room to spread out (but not overly big). The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful. The town of portree is adorable but we mostly explored the surrounding areas. Parking is also very easy. We would definitely stay again.”

“We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Princes Point Villa! The location is perfect for an Isle of Skye road trip. The scenery is fantastic, with a sweeping view of the sea across a beautiful pasture. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a fabulous farm style kitchen. “We loved our stay at Ridge Edge Cottage! The neighbors (and their dog) were wonderful and it was so fun to live among the locals for a few nights. You have everything you need here including a washing machine (no dryer). The dishes were not all clean in the cabinet but that was an easy fix with the dish soap provided. It is quite far from Portree (45-60 minutes) but well worth the drive. ”
