"Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are traditional Italian style so if you want every modern bell and whistle, this is not for you. The charm and style are perfect. Beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast is good, nothing spectacular. "

"Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple) The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town "

"The staff were friendly, our room was lovely/clean with pretty interior. It was a great location and easy to get around. Located just a min away from Ravello’s villa, cathedral, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotels food was nice but I’d Highly recommend Da Nonno Alfonso! The food was amazing and it’s only an 8 min walk from the hotel. The bus stop is located near the hotel and it’s roughly 30min to the Amalfi coast. However it feels a lot faster due to the wonderful view along the way. Lovely hotel, would recommend and stay again."
