“I stayed here for 6 days as part of the crew of a sail racing team. The apartment was really convenient for walking to the marina, downtown and to tourist attractions like the Space Needle. It was a very peaceful relaxing space and the kitchen was great for preparing simple meals. I can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.”

“Was a bit smaller than I anticipated:; more pictures would be helpful. But it is close to the airport and the neighborhood is safe and other than airplanes are very quiet. The property manager was very helpful and very easy to get a hold of they have put TLC into their small space adjunct to their home. My rating would be 4.5 just as a few more visual details would be good.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive. Neat, quirky home built in the 1920’s with a view of the mountains from the kitchen on a clear day. Was a great location for getting around and within walking distance to the neat restaurants on Fremont street as well as the zoo and rose garden. Lots of street parking. Know they are working on an outdoor area which would be great for the days that the sun pokes through. Overall great place……

“We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area.”

“This property was in a great location to all the downtown venues. If you aren’t into walking the bus station is across the street. The grocery store across the street is a huge bonus. Property manager was great to work with very responsive and helpful. Loved the cute, clean little apartment in an historic old building.”

“We come to visit family every couple of months. This is our second time staying here and it is our favorite. We’ll plan future visits around availability of this house. The view is incredible and the house is so clean and organized. One of the best maintained vacation rentals we have stayed at anywhere.”

“Quiet neighborhood yet walkable to UW campus and all that the U District has to offer. Lots of space, a really good bed. The street here is steep, but hey, that’s Seattle! ”

“This is a nice unit a short drive away to main attractions. It's nicely renovated. It's small but makes good use of the space. It's an older home so you hear your upstairs neighbors, as is typical in a vintage house. The price was right for us and it was a great place to stay.”

“The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”
