“This was the cutest little condo, right in town. The plus sides were the kitchenette, two beds, two baths, balcony, convenient location to the beach, the town square and so many restaurants, cafes and shops. Unfortunately, the location also meant that it was ridiculously loud until about 1-2am every night. Even closing all windows and using ear plugs couldn’t drown out the noise. So, unless you enjoy trying to sleep in the middle of a really loud party, I’d suggest finding a location further……

“Quiet little bach town, many dining options, grocery store near by. Condo was supper cute, clean and had everything we needed. Parking in a private garage, only a few steps to the beach and beautiful relaxing view from the pool. Definitely would stay here again! ”

“First of all I got to say that to get to the property it's a bit tricky since GPS doesn't read all of the streets around the property and the ones going one way or the other so be careful about that (not too hard just a bit confusing) The property is very nice but I found out that the photos do not represent the actual size of the condo, it was a lot smaller of what we thought by the photos still it's a very cozy and charming property. It lacked of some confort I guess because of its size. The……

“This was a wonderful condo, right on the beach and with all the amenities. Our group of friends was very comfortable here for 6 nights. Ideal location, great pool and beach access, plenty of shops, restaurants and Uber drivers close by. Easy to pop into PV or go up the coast to San Pancho or Sayulita. We shopped and cooked a lot, but also availed ourselves of taco stands on the “upper east side” and great restaurants. As others have said, not for those who have mobility issues due to need to use……

“Location was beautiful. The management and cleaning staff were fantastic! I loved how close it was to everything for convenience, but just far enough away to get some peace and quiet. On weekends there's a market that sets up right outside. Excellent experience of local culture, and the air conditioning was VERY appreciated! Will definitely be returning, and would suggest it many!”

“The whole Property was spacious/clean/ and felt very safe. The condo itself was also just that. The view is exactly as shown! Panoramic ocean view. The beach was easy to get too… but there’s also the pool right at your complex.:: I had several questions to property management that were replied to quickly!! “great stay at Susana's beach front apartment/condo. the location on the beach was quiet and safe gentle waves and about a 15 minute walk into town. The condo is clean and decorated in a rustic mexican style. Secure locking and alarm system. Rocio (staff) was on the grounds most days was very helpful. Overall, would recommend this stay for you and your family.”

“This accommodation is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The condo is incredible and the staff that work in the building are amazing as well. We ran into an issue in the building at no fault of the host but he was so helpful and communicated constantly with updates to assure our stay was good. Josh sent us a list of incredible local businesses such as restaurants and car rentals that they use and we loved every single one of the recommdations. I will 100% book with Josh again.”

“We stayed in this condo for three months. This studio condo is quite small but well laid-out, with lots of baskets, shelves etc. to put all our stuff. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen is well equipped - any other items we needed were readily supplied. The only drawback is a very small under the counter fridge with tiny freezer but we managed to work around that. We really loved the small heated pool, especially when the ocean was too rough for swimming. The rooftop deck was great……

“We loved this condo and the complex and area in Bucerias! The property manager Sally was fantastic and met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and specifics of what we needed to know for our stay. The condo was as advertised and perfect for my friend and I as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was equipped with the majority of the basics you needed for the kitchen, pool or beach. Great view from the balcony, but one thing that would make it better would be more comfortable……

“The property is very nice, clean and safe. There was an issue with the AC and the host was on it and resolved the issues immediately. The only negative issue was that the host had to enter the condo twice looking for paperwork for the owner and I found that to be strange that it couldn’t wait until we checked out. The condo does come with its own pool if you prefer to swim in private. The staff was very polite and friendly. I would recommend this property or any property located within the Mina……

“Tony was great from our initial contact to answering questions. walking distance to town and the beaches ( Florence is on the rd. to Playa Los Muertos). Good footwear is required because rds are cobblestone and the town is hilly. No need to rent a golfcart if you don't mind walking.”

“Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm……
