“Absolutely loved our stay! The room was spacious, clean, and stocked with every amenity. The bed was extremely comfortable (even the pillows!) and we slept so well. It was the first hot weekend of the summer, and the AC kept the room the perfect temperature, quietly. As for location, I've stayed in a few downtown Detroit hotels and I really enjoyed where this one was located. Easy walking distance to restaurants, or close the 375 if you're needing to get out of the city, or Jefferson Ave to……

“This place was only a step up from a homeless shelter. I cannot express me frustration enough. The host. Roompicks, listed a suite with a comfortable and separate bedroom and living room which was well supplied and clean. What we got was a flop house that was only a single room space that had no amenities, not even towels. The attendant took us to two other rooms and they were also dingy and poorly kept. Also, the hallways reeked of marijuana and the element hanging around the building made……

“Overall very positive experience. Peter was very responsive to our needs and even stopped by to drop off towels and show us how to use the place. Cool dude. A few of the beds could use an upgrade and the pillows could be as well, but not a deal breaker. All in all good spot.”

“My brother and I went to Detroit for the NFL draft. This property was perfect for us. Close to downtown (20 minutes) with a quiet neighborhood feel. Owner was very responsive. Game room was very nice when we got back to the house. I would highly recommend.”
