“I have booked with VRBO for years. The booking said Ski in and out with a renovated surroundings. First … walking down 2 flights of stairs icy wooden walkway , across a icy parking lot, up a bank of snow and down in ski boots is not what I call ski in and out. Close to slopes is one thing! Second, my family cooks in for meals. The pots and pans were dirty and awful. Didn’t have enough silverware or glasses! Mattresses in master and second bedroom were old and uncomfortable. “Our corporate group had an incredibly fun stay at Red Clover for a recent ski retreat. The property is impeccably maintained, staff are all very friendly and hospitable, and were communicative before and during our stay. The Red Clover team welcomed our group with open arms (and fresh baked cookies to boot!).
