“Excellent Family resort, tons of amenities, nice dining options, fantastic pools, good entertainment, so many things to do on and sponsored by the resort that we didn’t have look for outside activities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer…next time!”

“The beach was breathtaking and the resort was clean. If you are used to the fancier resorts there are some dissappointments because staff smile and greet you, maybe even know your name. This resort is great if you just want to relax on the beach and explore Jamaica. You probably won't get spoiled but you will have beautiful sea and sand, good drinks, water sports,and food for an exceptional price that is truly all inclusive. I plan to return.”

“This was our second time at couples tower isle with the first time being 10 years ago for our wedding. We had a great experience back then and I am happy to say we did once again. The included excursions are a good value to take advantage of and the food was spectacular in the majority of scenarios. My only thing I’d like to see improved is consistency/ training of bartenders. We got the know the staff and quickly figured out who made good drinks and who wasn’t quite there yet. Outside……

Massive shout out to chef Juan, chef Kevin and Chef Derrick - we requested authentic Jamaican cuisine and these guys delivered to such a high standard and made our stay so special. “It’s a beautiful and a small resort with excellent service. Our butlers Robert and Anthony were fantastic. The hotel management Omar and Sheldon were very helpful. There is a regular shuttle service to other nearby Sandal resorts if you wanted more entertainment or food options. Our only issue was that the bathrooms need modernising. It’s great for golf players too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. ”

“Property and villa (Cottonwood Treehouse) was adorable. Nature trail on property was nice but some garbage thrown on it that took away from the ambiance. Staff was super polite, attentive & professional. Food was average, was hoping for a bit better. Pools were nice.”

“Rooms was clean and fresh. The Garden view was ok and pool was clean. Bed was comfortable, mini fridge ,microwave and kettle were working. Tv channels were extremely limited, bathroom was small, although clean. NO HOT WATER.”
