“Bajo mi punto de vista para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas le falta muchos detalles, sobretodo el trato, en segundo lugar las habitaciones son un poco antiguas y el buffet no esta a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Por otro lado, las piscinas y los jardines son espectaculares.”

“I chose this hotel because it is 1 minute walk to Teatro Villamarta. Shower is strong. Bed is good. Hair dryer is strong. Heater functions well. My booking did not include breakfast and I ordered toast and coffee for breakfast at the hotel cafeteria. Staff were friendly and helpful. Need to note that there is no elevator so had to bring my luggage up one floor by myself. I would stay here again if I return. ”

“Desde el principio Alejandro ha sido super atento en cualquier duda que hemos tenido. Tanto antes de llegar, como durante nuestra estancia. Con respecto a las instalaciones están muy bien, mejor que en las fotografias. Si que es cierto que esta todo muy neutro con respecto a la decoración, es un edificio fantastico, así como los apartamentos y no se le esta sacando todo el potencial que tiene. Dar algun toque de color en los apartamentos y en la recepción incrementaría aún más el valor y tambien……

“25 years ago this place might have been a great place. It looks like a place that went bankrupt and a lot of apartments sold to different people - some rented out here as a hotel, some for sale and some not renovated. Inside your room, many things are out of order and the kitchen equipment consists of stuff left by other renters. If the owners just slept 1 night they would now and if they spend a few hours in IKEA, made a welcome letter and painted the apartment, and fixed all the broken……
