“Stayed at pelican pointe for a week end of May as family of four from UK. We had family room with 2 double beds and double sofa bed and enough bedding for all to be used. Room facilities were great, enough shampoo, conditioner and shower gel to use which is topped up by the cleaners, make up wipes provided, hair dryer, iron board and iron, fresh towels and sheets whenever needed even pool towels. Room cooming facilities were a microwave and toaster and coffee maker plus a fridge and small……

“The moment my Husband & I arrived at the property we were greeted by an AWESOME Valet Staff, they parked our car & we went inside to get checked in & was greeted by a Friendly & professional Staff. “Room and bathroom were clean. We were able to check in early even though the hotel was fully booked the night before. Breakfast staff was very friendly, offering to refill drinks and the like. Property is in the heart of downtown Dunedin and is convenient to restaurants, shops, and breweries.”

“Super cute almost like a doll house. Awesome location. Clean,no bugs. Not recommended for tall people at all. We not super tall but I’m 5 8 and my husband and boys are 5 9 and 6 foot. We did keep hitting our heads on the ceiling because of the slant. I didn’t give it 5 stars because one it says sleeps 6 I don’t think if we had 6 people we would all fit and we almost did.And it’s pet friendly which was why we chose it there is nowhere to walk the dogs. No grass you literally have to go across the……

“Condo was as advertised. Easy to access, great location, beautiful view off back porch, quiet and clean. There was a couple of slight mis cues by the (only 1 trash bag and only 1 roll of TP). Its funny because that has happened before with us at a VRBO rental. Seems all owners are chincy with TP and trash bags, go figure. Would go back to this condo for sure”

“We had a wonderful time at the property and enjoyed all of the walking distance attractions. You are so close to the beach and dozens of restaurants and bars. The cottage was a perfect home base for exploring Clearwater Beach. We’ll definitely be returning, this place is a gem!”
