“Gary and Kimberly’s place is fantastic! Beautiful setting, great location in Oakhurst, close to Yosemite and Bass Lake. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a beautiful and well furnished place to stay. The facilities were great, and it was like a home away from home, and in some ways even better. We were all impressed at the thoughtfulness that went into making it such a pleasant place for guests. Nothing but kudos for this cozy family home. Highly recommended!”

“I liked that the people there running it was really nice! Is a nice getaway for a short stay! What I didn't like about my stay is when they gave my room that I reserved for a reason to someone else all because they didn't want to sleep in the same bed! I reserved 2 queen beds for a reason! I had 3 people in my group and there so called upgrade for me was a bed and a couch and said they would bring us some wine for staying in that upgraded room but never brought it! Then the next day had to move……

“We had 7 adults and 4 young kids. The house is nice and spacious and the basketball court and pool table were fun. My family always meets up and stays in a vacation rental and this is the first time we didn’t have everything we needed in the kitchen of a rental. It would be fine for minimal cooking. Biggest issue for us was none of the doors lock which is a problem in the bathrooms. Very strange. It should be noted in the description that the lake is drained in the winter and there is very……

“Serenity home is so peaceful. The view is absolutely beautiful. The home is very spacious. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. The kitchen is spacious and plenty of cooking pans and utensils. There are several patio areas, all with a beautiful view. The kids also loved that there were books in the room and they loved the hammock in the back area.”

“When we walked it we could tell lots of thought went into this fun place. We loved the huge kitchen and the theater area was amazing for movies. The kids loved the arcade area and the play rooms. Beds were comfortable and rooms decorated with the rustic look I love. We went out in the evening to the fire pit and enjoyed our hot chocolate and told stories. I would definitely come back it was a great place for a large families 😊”

“Bathroom sink was clogged, cold faucet water broken, kitchen sink leaked all over counter, beds weren't washed, bathroom shower and toilet weren't cleaned, cobwebs everywhere, broken bbq, filthy furniture and rugs, deplorable conditions, falsely advertised. VRBO refused to do anything, said to contact Vacasa. Vacasa ignored multiple texts, hung on me several times. Main Vacasa office at Shaver Lake town center was empty with lights out. Had to leave early as no sink was usable and the place was……
