“We had an amazing weekend in Burlington, and that was in no small part due to our stay at this property. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of everything you would want to do in the downtown area. We were with our son and his girlfriend, celebrating the completion of their junior year in college. There was plenty of room for all four of us. The bedrooms were very comfortable, along with allowing for privacy when needed. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The living room……

“This is a nicely renovated apartment. Clean and comfortable and a good location. Walking distance to restaurants etc...and close to UVM. Will stay here again.”

“Comfortable, climate control worked well. Bathroom was clean. Floor was cold, but that doesn't bother me. Within walking distance of some good eats. not recommended if you're sensitive to loud sounds as its close to the airport and lots of vehicle traffic might keep someone up all night but I'm deaf in one ear so no worries for me.”

“We had such a great little getaway here! The hosts were very present & so kind! We loved watching the birds with Chad & feeding the chickens and goats with him. It was also so nice to see how much care Jessica put into her home & gardens! The apartment was clean, cozy, and a beautiful place to rest after long days of exploring the gorgeous trails in the area! I would definitely book with Jessica again!”

“Apartment was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet considering there are several bars and/or restaurants nearby. Felt safe. Only complaint/suggestion we have is to cover the bathroom window. We used a trash bag so people or traffic on that side couldn’t see in. That isn’t a show stopper though. We would definitely stay here again!”

“It was small and the couch was a little uncomfy but aside from that it was fine for a few nights stay. They provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.”

“I was traveling with 3 people over 73 and having only about 4 steps to get into this 3 bedroom rental was great! Plenty of room for us all and was nice having 1.5 bathrooms also. Location was close to campus and my son (UVM student) was able to get to us easily and quickly.”

“We loved the convenience of this property for walking everywhere! Michele was an excellent host with great local recommendations. Only note is that the driveway entry isn’t great for vehicles low to the ground - my car bottomed out twice but that was unfortunately our only option for parking.”

“This was a beautiful property. Tucked into a little neighborhood in Winooski. Few minutes to downtown Burlington and not far from other great restaurants, hikes and activities. Our host Stephanie was so responsive. The apartment was sparkling clean, homey and comfortable.”

I was 5 minutes from UVM and a block away from so much-the lake, great restaurants, bakeries, bike rentals and Church street. I felt safe and comfortable and enjoyed every minute in this adorable, clean and well stocked apartment!”

“We rented this house for a short visit for the 2024 solar eclipse. Had a great view of the sun over Lake Champlain! The house was perfect for my wife and me with our 20 month old toddler - just needed a baby gate to keep her from dashing up to the loft.”

“Property was not ready at check in. Fridge full, dirty linens, dirty towels and house not clean. Called property mgr and housekeeping came within a half an hour. Also no heat which was resolved by 7:30. Loose bar and dinning room chairs and back door does not latch. Got locked out day before departure. Vermont is a very welcoming state. This property not so much. The rest of the stay was good. VACASA must be understaffed...”
