“The pros - staff, food, location The cons - thin walls. I could hear entire conversations next door, if someone ran water, etc. Staff was attentive and quick though. It’s a walkable distance to Bourbon & Canal. Expect some noise through the night/morning just due to the location. If you’re staying over here, that should be a given. “Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

“This property was wonderful. The staff was very very friendly, very welcoming. The room was located in the French Quarter which was only a few minute walk to Bourbon Street. We literally walked everywhere we went including Jackson Square and down by the river.
