"There is too much smoke on the first floor, it is very easy to get lost from the lobby to the parking lot, there is no obvious sign, the elevator button does not work well, at 2:45 in the morning, another customer's dog scratched the door, and called the customer service to complain, she actually told me "ok" and then hung up the phone, and waited for 20 minutes without security to deal with the problem, and then called again to complain. …Will never try here anymore！"
