“My husband and I wanted a little spot to rest while visiting all of the beautiful places around the area. This little place was the perfect size for our needs. It was pretty cold, so we weren't able to enjoy the lovely firepit or the grill outside, but we enjoyed the cozy indoor fireplace and sitting in front of it in the evenings while we unwound from a day of adventure. Would highly recommend this place!”

“The Carriage House was a dream come true. Beautifully appointed, extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed and perfectly located for day trips around Ontario and into NY. The outside property is beautifully landscaped as well. Our hosts were awesome and provided recommendations for everything from places to eat to pet sitting services. A definite WIN!”

“Met up with family for two weeks for holiday. The house was so perfect. Close enough to Niagara Falls and shopping but we had privacy on the lake. It was a great location. The hostess answered every message within minutes even giving us a place to use for the day when the power went out. We highly recommend this property!”

“Had most everything we needed. Plenty of room. We appreciated fenced backyard and parks nearby to walk our dog. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Please consider putting up the same type of curtains in the livingroom as you have in the bedrooms, theres no privacy at night with only sheers. Also a little yard and front porch clean up would be more inviting.”
