“We had a lovely time, I made the most of it. Unfortunately I was unwell. The staff were very caring and helpful. ”

“Ventilation was poor, we had no access to go onto the balcony due to door being locked. There was no windows in the room. No source of natural air. Not sure why dogs were allowed in the restaurant and it wasn't not a guide dog. ”

“Tt's basically a travellers place to stay for an evening or two I would say. Having said that, it's also a good location if you want to use it to explore the area by car. I found the reception fine, the small bar area was fine - but shock horror no Guinness. I booked two rooms, a double for me and my wife and a room, with single beds, for my daughter. Somehow that got reversed, so a bit more attention to detail. Both rooms were clean, fresh and functional. Huge bath in ours and good water……

“Fabulous position and lovely hotel. A bit tired in places but very comfortable and great history. Breakfast is fabulous. ”

“Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and later in the evening in the bar. Our room was on the first floor and was very clean and comfortable. The only negative was the very strong smell of drugs being smoked on the first floor near our room. I appreciate that this is difficult for the hotel to police, but it did spoil the stay.”

“Excellent stay, staff were all very friendly, pool is great and the kids had a great time, although it's probably more set up for working trips than a family break but we've stayed as a family twice now and enjoyed the break. The birthday platter for our son's birthday was a nice touch.”

“Gorgeous hotel, generous sized rooms, with ability to include parking with your stay Car parking is on site, and airport terminal building is a gentle 5-7 minute stroll and visible from hotel. Staff are pleasant, bar is well priced to say it’s located on an airport, and food very reasonably priced again compared to what you’d get in the terminal Buffet hit breakfast, £13 per adult if you pre pay at reception, as of last week (April 2024). We have stayed previously and wouldn’t hesitate to……
