“Beautiful property, clean, parking close to guest rooms, quiet (except upstairs at night), food available and adequate. We tried to make a reservation at 10:00 a.m., and were told you started serving brunch at 10, but we couldn't reserve. The next day we learned that brunch began at 9:00, which suited us better. It was pretty good, but lacked service (such as refilling coffee). ”

“Older building, cracks, uneven surfaces, loose facet, noisy fan/ac, gap under doorway, dusty (chair, desk, dresser)... beds were clean, plenty of bedding, firm mattress and thick pillows. Location was good, right on main street just outside of downtown and right on the lake (didnt see access to the lake).”

“I love it here! Nothing spectacular about it, but Regency Inn offer all the amenities you expect.They have refrigerators, microwaves, air and heat. It's also quiet, clean, has ample parking and good food just across the street. Anytime I'm in Lakeport, I always choose Regency Inn!”

“We enjoyed the picturesque window view, however the windows didn't have screens. The place was very quiet and the room was clean. The parking lot is very small it was difficult to maneuver our 16 ft pontoon even when we were the only car in the parking lot. But to be fair, when you're staying at the hotel you don't need a boat they have a lovely pier to fish from from”
