“The place was great. Even as presented online! Very spacious. Very clean and updated furnishing. Lots of options for television entertainment. Kindness and helpfulness of the owner was much appreciated. Our only suggestion is to get a railing for the steps going to the lower level.”

“There was a mixup between you and the host. We were given 2 different lock codes, so we were outside for approximately 20-30 minutes trying to gain entry. Tell guests everything about the property, lightning, whether the stove is operational or not and that there is a washer, but no dryer.”

“Such a wonderful place to stay for a DC trip. It was so close to the metro, which made it easy getting to all the best tourist attractions that DC is known for. Such a relaxing area to come back to, after a long day out. If we ever come back we're definitely returning. Also was clean, quiet, and was home away from home for us.”

“Location, location, location! Park your car, and don’t worry about driving anywhere else. The subway is just around the corner, and Safeway and CVS are in easy walking distance as well. Townhome is cozy but comfortable with most everything one could need, especially if you are just using it as a place to rest and recharge as you explore all that DC and the surrounding areas have to offer. We were enchanted with all the rich historical, educational and beautiful places we explored. Our son lives……

“This was our second stay in past 3 Months at this property. We had 3 adults so we stayed in the 2 Bedroom apartment. The location is perfect for our needs to be in both Georgetown and in DC proper. The beds are VERY comfortable and having a big living room is a huge plus. Tedd is an Awesome host. Communication is clear and easy with host. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants great location and comfortable accommodations.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there's so many bars and restaurants on the street! The pizza shop below is incredible. The bar across the street and next door is pretty loud on the weekends, but you really can't hear it in the bedroom. There was a bit of a problem with getting the code for check in, but the owner answered my phone call right away and helped, I appreciated the fast response.”

“We stayed two nights at this place.there was one night it was very noisy outside of our door , sounds some people are standing near our door in the hallway and talking and laughing so loud, it kept about couple hours and it was late night. I couldn’t sleep and called front desk and was told there’s nothing they can do. It was so bad experience.”
