I do not use to write negative feedback but my experience with this hotel is the worst among all, making me to feel that I have to write something. First of all, the receiptionist was impolite and even rude. I was told that there was a charge for the carpark. When I tried to ask the fee for parking, I could not understand why I gave the impression to the receptionist that I did not want to pay the fee. She……

“Lovely modern hotel. We were given a warm welcome, the lady at reception was friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room which was very kind and unexpected. The room was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom too. The hotel had good amenities, I went to the gym and enjoyed that. All the staff I came across at reception and housekeeping were great. I would stay here again. The location was really good, right by the train station, so travelling into Cambridge was straightforward and quick. Thank……

“Check-in isn't user-friendly. You have no idea how to check-in if you don't check the email. The door lock isn't stable. Sometimes you need to try several times to get in. The light of shared bathroom just turns off even if you are taking shower inside.”

“The property is very conveniently located to allow great access to all the Cambridge sights. The room was lovely and well-appointed with teas, coffee and even hot chocolate. The property is beautiful and allows for great walks in their green space. The staff were definitely helpful though sometimes with a slightly detached attitude.
