"One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you. "

"First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. "

"I knew the room would be small and brought only a trolly and couldn't even open it properly. The location was great, just by the river and very close to 2 subway lines. "Stayed from 5/10/24 thru 5/16/24 with a group of 4. Had to get 2 rooms and we were able to get them next to each other. The rooms are on the small end. Bed was comfortable in my opinion but there was a lot of dust. Cleaning was minimal with only the towels and bedding getting changed, trash taken out and it looked like the bathroom was cleaned."
